This Privacy Policy together with the Terms and Conditions and the other documents placed on the website aori.com (hereinafter – the Website) explains how AORI TECHNOLOGIES IRELAND LIMITED (hereinafter – the Company or we) uses the information collected about you, your rights under applicable data protection legislation and the procedures the Company has in place to safeguard your information.

By using Services, provided by the Company, you confirm that you accept this Privacy Policy and consent that the Company can process your personal data (please see the Data Subject Consent Form which you approve). If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Website.

1. Data Controller

AORI TECHNOLOGIES IRELAND LIMITED is a Controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide us. AORI TECHNOLOGIES IRELAND LIMITED registered under the laws of Ireland, having a registration number 576226 and having its registered office at 5th Floor Marine House, Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland and VAT number IE 3421346PH.

2. What we collect about you

We collect the following types of personal data from you:

  • names
  • email addresses
  • location data
  • online identifiers, details of your visits to the Website including, but not limited to: traffic data, location data, IP address, device ID, web logs, page views, ad data and other similar data
  • data about your Google ads account and information from this account (by your wish)
  • phone number (by your wish)
  • payment details (by your wish)

3. Why we need it

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the following services:

  • in order to provide you with access to advertising management system «Aori», located at the Website
  • for purpose of emailing special offers, notifications, letters for password recovery
  • in order to receipt the service payment
  • in order to support your activities in the system «Aori», located at the Website
  • in order to improve the quality of the service by analyzing of the traffic (we use only anonymized personal data)
  • in order to carry out profiling and analysis based upon behavior in purposes to provide tailored marketing and offers, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to manage risk and prevent fraud

We may anonymize the personal information that we hold about you so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you. This is so that we can compile, analyze and disclose to third parties aggregated metrics, data and trends related to the use of our offerings.

4. Legal basis for our actions

Our lawful basis for processing personal data include:

  • to fulfil a contract we have with you
  • when it is our legal duty to do so
  • when it is in our legitimate interest
  • when you consent to it

5. What we do with it

Hosting and storage of your data takes place in Google Compute Cloud Engine which is located in USA.

No third party providers have access to your data, unless specifically required by law.

Subject to relevant data processing agreements, and in full compliance with data protection regulation, the Company may share your personal data with:

  • members of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, together with their employees or agents;
  • law enforcement agencies or regulators in accordance with legal requirements.

6. How long we keep it

We are required to keep your personal data for time period defined in accordance with the Data Retention Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by us until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. 7. What are your rights?

Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact us via e-mail [email protected].

In the event that you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data, please contact us at [email protected] or in writing at 5th Floor Marine House, Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the DATA SUBJECT CONSENT WITHDRAWAL FORM. Please email [email protected] with “FAO: Data Subject Consent Withdrawal Form” in the subject line.

You are entitled to a file a Subject Access Request to obtain a copy of the personal information which we hold about you. Please email [email protected] with “FAO: Subject Access Request” in the subject line. In the email body, please include the following:

  • your full name
  • address (as registered on your account)
  • contact telephone number
  • specifics of any exact details which you wish to receive

The requested information will be provided within two calendar weeks from the date of receiving of the Subject Access Request. The Company has the right to request additional information in order to be sure that you are an appropriate person for asking relevant information.

8. Cookies

The Company may obtain information about your use of its Services by using web beacons and by placing a cookie, which is a small file, on your mobile device and/or computer’s hard disk. We use two types of cookies:

  • Functionality Cookies - these cookies recognize you whenever you visit our websites or Apps and remember your user preferences. They also speed up access to our websites and the Apps (so you do not have to login each time).
  • Advertising Cookies - these cookies are used to build a profile about you so that our marketing and advertising campaigns are more relevant to you.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR AGENCY CLIENTS

If you are an Agency client (i.e. you have a Manager Account (previously known as My Client Center or MCC) and you are managing the Google Ads accounts of your own customers and you link those accounts to a Master Google Ads account through the Company) we will be a data processor of the Customer Data that you provide.

2. What we may collect about your Customers

When you create an account on the Website and are an Agency Client (i.e. you have a Manager Account (previously known as My Client Center or MCC) and you are managing the Google Ads accounts of your own customers), our records may include all or some of the following information about your customers:

  • name
  • address
  • email address
  • telephone number
  • aggregated metrics, data and trends

3. What we do with information about your customers

The Company may use information held about your Customers in order to compile, analyze and disclose to third parties aggregated metrics, data and trends related to the use of our offerings provided that these metrics, data and trends do not contain uniquely identifiable data about your customers.

We may share your Customer’s information with:

  • Members of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, together with their employees or agents
  • To offer you services on our platform

We will not share your Customer Data with other customers or third parties.

4. How long we keep information about your customers

We may keep the data from your customers that we have anonymized and which we have used to identify aggregated metrics, data and trends for as long as those metrics, data and trends are necessary and relevant in informing third parties or our other customers of marketing trends.
