Refund Policy

The Client can request a refund by canceling account while there is existing credit in the account. Application for the refund should be made to help@aori.com.

If the Client paid by bank card or PayPal, the refund will automatically be applied to the card or PayPal account.

If the Client paid by wire transfer, Aori will need bank account details to process the refund.

Refund application must be made within 6 months from the last advertising activity of the Client.
